These terms govern your use of MedMMI ("the App"), operated by MedMMI. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
MedMMI is a medical school interview preparation tool. It provides practice questions, AI-powered evaluation of your answers, study materials, and related features to help you prepare for medical school interviews.
You must create an account with a valid email address to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
Free tier: All users receive 5 AI-evaluated practice sessions at no cost. Study materials (flashcards, quizzes, answer frameworks, medical school guides) are always free.
Premium subscriptions: Available as a monthly subscription, managed through Apple's App Store. Pricing is displayed in the App before purchase.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. See Apple's refund policy.
Widening participation: Students from underrepresented backgrounds may apply for free premium access through the App.
AI-generated evaluations are provided for practice and self-improvement purposes only. They do not guarantee interview success or represent the views of any medical school, admissions body, or healthcare organisation. Scores and feedback are indicative, not definitive assessments of your ability.
You retain ownership of the answers and content you create in the App. By using the AI evaluation feature, you grant us permission to send your transcribed answers to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. If you choose to share answers to the community feature, you grant us a licence to display that content anonymously to other users.

We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI evaluation requires an internet connection. Some features (flashcards, quizzes, question browsing) work offline.
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to interview outcomes.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
